Three die in separate road accidents in Birbhum

Birbhum, Apr 30 (UNI) Three persons, including a minor, died in separate road accidents in the district today.

Police said that a four-year-old girl, who was travelling along with his father on a motorcycle, died on the spot, when a private bus hit their vehicle at Bolpur. Her father sustained minor injuries.

Locals vandalised the bus and demanded that a traffic police be posted at the Sriniketan-Santiniketan crossing where the incident occurred.

In another incident, two youths, who were travelling by a motorcycle along Bolpur-Siuri Road at Puranderpur died on the spot when their vehicle was hit by a bus.
