Plethico Pharma to enter US, European markets

Mumbai, Apr 30 (UNI) Pharmaceutical major Plethico Pharma Ltd (PPL) is poised to enter the United States and European markets with a range of herbal and neutraceutical products.

The company, which already has a presence in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Africa, has acquired Natrol, leading manufacturer and marketer of nutritional products in the US. PPL plans to manufacture Natrol's top brands in India and market them in the global market, including the US.

Unlike generics pharmaceuticals market, the herbal and nutraceutical markets offer higher margins, a release stated.
