Mumbai, Apr 30: Jet Airways' Jet Privilege, India's largest frequent flyer programme, today entered into a reciprocal partnership with Cathay Pacific, effective from tomorrow.

The members of Jet Privilege may now earn and redeem their JP Miles while travelling to Asia, West Asia, Australia, Europe and North America on eligible flights of Cathay Pacific and its sister airline, Dragon Air, Jet Airways said in a release here. Similarly, Cathay Pacific's Asia Miles members may earn and redeem Asia Miles on eligible flights of Jet Airways' over 380 flights daily to 60 destinations in India and around the world.

Commenting on the partnership, Jet Airways' Senior Vice President-Alliances&Interline Distribution Gaurang Shetty said, ''This coming together of Asia's two finest airlines is a proud moment for us. We are delighted to partner with an airline that sharse Jet Airways' commitment to excellence, and believe that such synergistic cooperation will greatly boost passenger comfort and convenience in terms of enhanced route connectivity.'' Jet Privilege has been constantly adding new partnerships in different categories with the objective of offering its members varied opportunities to earn JP Miles and eventually redeem them for free flights to their preferred destinations. Such partnerships enhance the value of the Jet Privilege programme, making it versatile, more engaging and rewarding for the members, the release said.
