Hooda seeks public support in making Haryana No 1 state
Chandigarh, Apr 30 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said the dream of making Haryana the number one state in the country could only be realised with the active support and cooperation of all sections of the society.
''It's only the Congress which believes in equal participation of all sections of society for achieving the aim of a fully developed country,'' he said while addressing a public meeting at Karnal.
Mr Hooda said the Haryana government had made all possible efforts to meet the hopes and aspirations of the people of the state during the last three years of its tenure. Many constructive steps had been taken to accelerate the pace of development in the state.
He said he had a special attachment and affection with Karnal as he had studied in the Sainik School Kunjpura.
