India set to launch remote sensing satellite
Sriharikota, Apr 27, 2008: Preparations are on in India's southern Andhra Pradesh for the launch of its Polar Satellite launch vehicle, PSLV-C9.
The satellite will put country's latest remote sensing satellite, CARTOSAT-2A, along with nine other satellites into orbit. Scientists at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota are working hard to get set for the launch which will take place on April 28.
