Delhi Police launches e-recruitment to help candidates from all over
New Delhi, Apr 29 (UNI) After bagging the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification for its recruitment procedure, the Delhi Police has switched to e-recruitment to help candidates from far-flung areas.
With this, aspirants seeking employment with the Delhi Police could apply online and get a 'unique identification number' to get himself registered, according to the Police.
Still further, the forms would also be available at three locations in Delhi city. And for any queries a toll free number would be available for further clarifications.
Besides this, admit cards could also be downloaded from the website.
The new system would help offer a level-playing field for candidates from all parts of the country while giving the Delhi Police a more cosmopolitan character.
The system would begin with the ensuing recruitment drive for 3,388 constables next month.
