Patna, Apr 29 (UNI) The RJD today charged the Bihar Government with violating protocol during the Patna visit of Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda and overlooking security as well as boarding arrangements of the VIP.
RJD national general secretary-cum-spokesman Shyam Rajak told newspersons here today that it was highly condemnable that the protocol was completely violated at the behest of the NDA government, led by Cief Minister Nitish Kumar.
He alleged that Mr Koda had been humiliated just because of the fact that he belonged to Scheduled Tribe(ST) and such attitude of the Nitish Kumar government raised doubts over the commitments of the state government towards the SC and ST.
Referring to the culture and tradition, Mr Rajak alleged that Bihar had always honoured its guests, being ignored in the present regime of NDA government.
Mr Kumar should have initiated action against those responsible for the violation of the protocol and must apologise for the same, he added.
