Minimum temperatures dip, maximum rise in HP
Shimla, Apr 28 (UNI) Minimum temperatures across Himachal Pradesh continued to fall slightly for a second day today following overcast sky and windy weather, while the maximum was on a steady rise, the Met office said.
The minimum temperature at Shimla town was recorded at 14.1 degrees Celsius as against 16.1 degrees recorded yesterday.
However, the maximum temperature the town was 26.0 degrees as against 25.2 degrees, while in Bhuntar the temperature was at 30 as against yesterday's 29 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature at Kalpa in Kinnuar remained at 2.7 degrees, while it fell by about two degrees to 9.5 degrees Celsius in Bhuntar town.
The minimum temperatures also fell by one degree at most places with Sundernagar recording 14.0, Nahan 26.1, Mandi 15.2 degrees, while in Una it remained almost same at 14.6 against yesterday's 14.7 degrees Celsius, Met office said.
