Tricom board to consider stock split
New Delhi, Apr 26 (UNI) Tricom India Ltd today said its board will meet on on May 2, to consider splitting of the face value of equity capital.
The board will also consider the proposal of acquisition of a company engaged in the business similar to the its own by way of acquiring 100 per cent, said a statement.
It will also consider issue of equity sharesconvertible instrumentswarrants or other convertible securities on preferential basis towards full or part consideration for the acquisition.
