Jaipur, Apr 26 (UNI) A helicopter carrying Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje was today forced to mAke an emergency landing while flying over Khandwan district following technical snag.
An official spokesman told UNI here that Ms Raje accompanied by her MP son Dushyant Singh, her daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, was on her way to Ichhyapur shrine after offering obeisance at Aunkareshwar Dham.
The pilot noticed circular vibrations in the chopper's rotor while it was flying over Khandwan district around 1630 hrs.
He immediately took a decision and landed safely in an agriculture farm in Dhanward Kalapathar village.
All occupants are well and the Chief Minister later proceeded for Ujjain via Ichhyapur shrine by road.
This is second the time when Ms Raje faced such a situation.
Earlier, in May last year, Rajasthan Government's plane with Ms Raje onboard was forced to land soon after it took off from the Delhi airport following serious trouble in the engine. In the process the plane had sustained serious damages but nobody was hurt.
