New Delhi, Apr 26 (UNI) The special cell of Delhi Police today filed an untraced report before a local court in a five-year-old theft case in a major defence establishment of the country.
On October 2, 2003, the hard disks and the mother board of more than 18 computers were found missing from the office of the Defence Research and Development Organisation(DRDO) situated at Metcalfe House.
The security officer of the establishement had filed an FIR in this regard.
The special cell of Delhi Police, after investigating the matter for almost five years, filed the untraced report Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjeev Jain stating that the establishment had not cooperated in the investigation.
The CMM today directed the chief security officer, who was the complainant in the case, and the investigation officer to be present before the court on July 5.
