Chargesheets against three in corruption case
Patna, Apr 25 (UNI) The Bihar vigilance investigation bureau today submitted a chargesheets in a special court against three people, including the manager of the Bihar State Food Corporation Limited (BSFCL), in a corruption case.
The chargesheets were submitted in the court of designated judge S K Panwar under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act against Rajkumar Mahto, a godown manager of the BSFCL and two others.
According to the charges, foodgrain valued at over Rs 42 lakh was found missing from the BSFCL godown in Banka district during a raid.
During the investigation, it was found that grains were sold in the black market. The bureau had registered an FIR in January.
