Azad stresses on transparency in state examination system
Jammu, Apr 25 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today stressed the need for a transparent and clean examination system in the State to ensure justice to the deserving students.
Addressing a function here after inaugurating a four-storey secrecy block at State Board of School Education, Mr Azad said, ''Secrecy and evaluation sections are the most important wings for any institution and should function strictly.'' ''I being an in-charge Minister (Education) can never allow malpractice in the department. I had received several compliants of copying in the board examinations from various places and ordered action,'' Mr Azad said.
The Chief Minister also distributed prizes among the meritorious students of the High and Higher Secondary Examinations.
