Jaipur, Apr 24 (UNI) The Dalit Kranti Party(DKP) has decided to contest all 200 seats in the Rajasthan Assembly elections scheduled to be held by November end.
Talking to mediapersons here today, party President Ramjas Dholipal said the party had already made its reach among Dalits in the state and would field its nominees from all the constituencies.
Social and economic betterment of Dalits would be the party's poll plank, he added.
He also demanded waiving of loans availed by poor farm workers and Dalits from money lenders and rich farmers.
Mr Dholipal, a former associate of late Kanshiram, said the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) and its Supremo Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati had drifted away from the Dalit welfare agenda and were serving the interests higher castes.
