Tata Teleservices introduce two new schemes

Shimla, Apr 22: Tata Teleservices today announced the introduction of two new schemes ''Go Speak'' and ''Go Life'' with lifetime validity for its prepaid customers in Himachal Pradesh. "The schemes provide an opportunity to its pre paid customers to choose between an option with local calls at 49 paise per minute or base call rates with lifetime incoming," its state Chief Operating Officer (COO) Vinay Bhan said in a release here.

He said the Go Speak scheme offers starter pack at Rs 299 with lifetime validity, which allows a customer to make local calls to all non Tata mobile phones at 49 paise per minute, while calls to Tata phone would be charged at 39 paise per minute during the day and 29 paise at night (between 2200 and 0800 hrs).

The scheme offers a local call to fixed landlines at 99 paise only per minute, while the STD charge would be Rs 2.49 per minute, Mr Bhan. On the other hand, the Go Life scheme also offers a starter pack at Rs 299 with lifetime validity at base call rates, he said. The COO said the Tata Indicom was introducing new attractive schemes, handsets and value addition to meet the varied demands of its customers.
