New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) The NDA in its meeting today failed to take a final decision regarding its nationwide agitation against the UPA government for its failure to control price rise and will continue consultations tomorrow.
BJP Parliamentary Party spokesman Vijay Kumar Malhotra said they would meet again tomorrow. He said the meeting could not finalise the agitational programme as some leaders of the NDA constituents were not present.
He said the nationwide agitational programme would be finalised only after discussions with the NDA parties.
Those present at the meeting were Leader of Opposition L K Advani, BJP party president Rajnath Singh, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Jaswant Singh, JD(U) leader Prabhunath Singh, Shiv Sena leader Manohar Joshi, Biju Janata Dal leader B J Panda in addition to Mr Malhotra, Mr M Venkaiah Naidu and Mr S S Ahluwalia, all from BJP.
