Shimoga, Karnataka, Apr 20 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader B S Yeddyurappa today clarified that there was no 'misunderstanding' among party workers and leaders over ticket allocation.
Talking to newspersons here, he said the BJP had released its first list of 185 candidates for the next month election well before the other political parties in the state and it was done after a thorugh discussion and consent of the party activists. Hence, there was no room for dissidence or misunderstanding, he added.
To a question, Mr Yeddyurappa said ''I agree that there are some disappointments among the party workers. That will be sorted out amicably. A meeting of disappointed people will be convened shortly and put an end to the crisis in the party.'', Declining to react on his party's Samajawadi Party(SP) of former Chief Minister S Bangarappa, he said Mr Bangarappa is a senior leader and politician. I will not react on the present political scenario, he added.
