New Delhi, Apr.19 : Australian Test and one-day opener Mathew Hayden has said that he is looking forward to the prospect of taking on Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh when his Chennai Superstars meets the Sachin Tendulkar-led Mumbai Indians in an IPL match in the week to come.
"Bhajji and I have always shared a competitive rivalry on the field. I am looking forward to meeting and batting against Bhajji when we face the Mumbai Indians," Hayden said.
"IPL will be a wonderful and unique experience in itself, though it will take some time to establish itself as a major tournament," The Australian quoted him, as saying.
Dennis Lillee, the technical adviser to the Delhi Daredevils, meanwhile, has backed the competition, which has been described by some as "instant noodles cricket".
