Silver, Gold decline: BBA

Mumbai, Apr 18: Silver and Gold declined today with the white metal down by Rs 290 per kg and Gold by Rs 140 per ten gm on fresh stockist offerings along with lower global advices, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fines grade : Rs 24,190 (24,480) Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 12,120 (12,260) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 12,180 (12,315).
