Speaking to newspersons here last evening, the OPDR general secretary said over 200 observers interacted with Mr Prachanda on April 12, where he said his government was ready to take the help of neighbouring countries, particularly India and China. Mr Prachanda, who led his party to success in the general elections held in the Himalayan nation, assured the international observers that his party would cooperate with those who had voted the party to power.

The APCLC member Srinivas said the people of the Himalayan country were celebrating the victory of the Maoists, as they had promised for a 'Naya Nepal' (new Nepal).
