Five officials suspended in Kashmir
Srinagar, Apr 18 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government has suspended five officials of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in north Kashmir, official sources said today.
They said during a surprise inspection of ITI by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sopore, five officials were found absent from duty.
The magistrate later recommended to Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to place under suspension all the officials.
They said a formal order of suspension was issued yesterday.
More than 100 officials of different departments, including Doctors and paramedical staff, have so far been suspended for remaining absent from duty in the Kashmir valley during the past two months.
