Bangalore, Apr 17 (UNI) Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly today opined that ''Test is the yard stick for judging quality of a player and nothing can replace the yard stick.'' Addressing a press conference on the eve of IPL match, Ganguly, who is leading Kolkata Knight Riders against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the inaugural match, said ''Test is important, my priority would be for test matches and in my personal view a player can be rated based on his performance in the Test matches.'' On the kind of pressure while leading T20 team and test team, he said ''leading a test team is entirely different from T20 but when you lead the country it is entirely different.'' ''Even the upcoming speed star Ishant Sharm's performance can also be judged only after 10 years from now depending upon how he does in test matches'', Ganguly added.
