Bail plea of 2 HuJI terrorists rejected
Barabanki, Apr 17 (UNI) A local court today rejected the bail application of two Harkat-ul-Jehad-al-Islami (HuJI) terrorists.
On December 22, 2007, the Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh Police had apprehended two HuJI terrorists Mohd Khalid and Mohd Tariq at Barabanki railway station.
A large number of RDX and explosives were recovered from their possession.
Hearing their bail plea, District Court Judge Pyush Kumar rejected them, as the evidence given by the defence was not adequate.
