Now, 'intelligent' paper memo notes with built-in alarm clock
London, Apr 10 : A British technology company has created an 'intelligent' paper memo note with a built-in alarm clock.
The Ixp-Note can be programmed to flash or beep that would help in reminding things to be done.
It is 1mm thick and uses thermo-chromic ink, like the one used on batteries to display the charge level, to show a digital clock readout on paper.
"They're ideal for putting around the house with reminders such as 'feed the cat', or 'take your pills'," Times Online quoted inventor Lyndsay Williams of Girton Labs, as saying.
Williams hopes the paper memo notes, costing 10 pounds for a pack of ten, should go on sale next year.
