Government for better deal for computer instructors: Dhumal
Shimla, Apr 10 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today said the government was concerned about the problems of computer instructors and will protect their interests in the new agreement with private company for computer education in schools.
He, however, said it was not possible for the government to regularise the computer instructors or provide computer education in government sector, because of the huge sum of finances involved.
Intervening in the reply to calling attention motion Kaul Singh Thakur and Rajesh Dharmani (both Congress) in the state assembly on the situation arising out of the indefinite hunger strike by the computer instructors in the state, Mr Dhumal said the government was for Rs 4,000 salary per month for the computer instructors and would negotiate the same with the company in the new agreement.
