Tibetans in India's Kullu sit on hunger strike
Kullu, April 05, 2008 : Tibetans in India's northern Kullu sit on an indefinite hunger strike on April 05 to protest against the alleged Chinese suppression in Tibet.
The Tibetan protest has spread across the state from northern Dharamshala, the seat of the Tibetan government-in-exile. The agitation is followed with a signature campaign against policies of the Chinese government that will be handed over to the United Nations.
