Srinagar, Apr 9 (UNI) Appealing Hurriyat Conference (HC) to join the poll process, the National Panthers Party (NPP) today demanded dismissal of coalition government and holding of next assembly elections in the Jammu and Kashmir under Governors rule.

The Provincial Council of the NPP urged the Governor to dismiss Congress led coalition government in the state so that fair and free elections could be held.

The PP council also appealed the Hurriyat Conference(HC) leaders to join the election battle so that they can establish their representative legitimacy.

This, it said, would help to wash out all the corrupt and the ''criminal leadership'' which had been exploiting the innocent Kashmiris for 60 years.

Meanwhile urging Pakistan government to hold referendum in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) and Gilgit, the NPP chief Prof Bhim Singh said let five million people of these areas choose their future.

He said the PP, holding third Intra Jammu and Kashmir heart to-heart conference in August in Delhi, will mobilise public opinion for the same.

This, he said will help end uncertainty which has been hanging on their heads for the sixty years.

He said the sprit of Shimla agreement and ongoing peace process can only be realized when people of these areas are free to decide their future.

Status of Line of Control (LOC) shall also be settled once for all when the people of Gilgit decide their fate, he told a news conference here today.

Prof Singh said the third intra Jammu and Kashmir heart- to- heart conference shall be held in Delhi in the 3rd week of August in which about 50 parliamentarian, Social and Political activists from both sides are scheduled to participate.
