Yoga on cruise en route Hong Kong, China and Vietnam

New Delhi, Apr 8 (UNI) Swami Ramdev, whose pursuit of Yoga has fired the imagination of the people the world over, will now demonstrate his yogic exercises in the heart of the sea -- onboard a cruise.

Swami Ramdev will undertake a six-day cruise trip to Hong Kong, China and Vietnam to propagate and teach Yoga and Pranayam to over 1000 meditators onboard Super Star Virgo cruise.

Beginning May 31, the special onboard yoga camp is being organised by the Kolkata-based Vishwa Jagriti Mission Trust under the aegis of Patanjali Yogapeeth, Hardwar.

Patanjali Yogapeeth spokesman S K Tijarewala said the tri-nation religious circuit has been specially chosen to provide unparalleled opportunities for meditators to rediscover themselves.

The day at the cruise will begin with Yoga and Pranayam exercises and balanced diet and vedic lifestyle will be strictly monitored from dawn to dusk.

''This unique pursuit will not only provide an opportunity to have a brush with spirituality but it will also pave the way to understand the essence of life, besides realising truth and peace,'' he added.

The large group of high-profile meditators will leave Delhi on May 31 to board the cruise in Hong Kong on June 1, en route to Sanya City in China, Halong Bay (Vietnam), Xiamen (China). The trip will end on June 7.
