Expressing his views at a luncheon in honour of the members-elect of Balochistan Assembly on Sunday, Governor Magsi said that while he could not could not give an exact date for military operations to end, it was the responsibility of the provincial and federal governments to initiate a dialogue with the nationalists to restore normalcy in the restive province.
