TELCON signs deal with Spail

Bangalore, Apr 4: Telco Construction Equipment Company Limited (TELCON) has signed a deal with Spail for controlling 60 per cent stake in COMOPLESA LEBRERO, an European construction equipment company based in Zaragoza.

A company release today said the deal would provide access to compaction equipment technology for TELCON and HITACHI. The release quoted TELCON Managing Director Ranaveer Sinha as saying, ''the deal will strengthen and add relevance to the last week's SERVIPLEM deal of enhancing product offerings in the road and general construction value chain.'' Mr Sinha said TELCON, HITACHI and LEBRERO would work in unison to identify opportunities and leverage their presence in the global market.
