IVRCL Infra bags Rs 484 crore order

New Delhi, Apr 2 (UNI) Construction firm IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd today said it has secured contracts worth Rs 484 crore.

The first order is by River Bank Developers Pvt Ltd, Kolkata, valued at Rs 250 crore. The scope of work includes construction of buildings over an area of 40 lakh sq ft, out of total integrated township in Kolkata and is scheduled to be completed in 42 months, a company statement said.

The second order is for developing mass housing in Delhi of 5,552 houses aggregating to 18 lakh sq ft of residential space by Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd and is valued at Rs 114 crores.

The third order is by Jindal Steel&Power Ltd for construction of Civil and structural works for Wire Mill and Bar Mill for three million tonne per annum capacity steel plant in Jharkhand worth Rs 55 crores.

The fourth order is by BHEL for civil and structural work of auxiliary buildings (excluding those covered in Power Block 1 and Power Block 2) for 2x500MW Unit 1 and 2 in West Bengal and is valued at Rs 40 crores.

Other miscellaneous works are worth Rs 25 crores, the statement added.
