New Delhi, Apr 1 (UNI) The General Secretary of the Nationalist Congress Party P A Sangma today urged NCP cadres in Delhi to begin preparations for the Assembly polls for Delhi scheduled for this year end.
He was addressing party activists on his arrival to Delhi this evening, along with the Cabinet ministers of the NCP-led government in Meghalaya.
Speaking on the occasion, Delhi NCP president Ramvir Singh Bidhuri hailed the installation of the NCP government in Meghalaya.
He said the NCP would contest all the 70 seats during the coming assembly polls in Delhi.
Earlier, hundreds of NCP supporters led Mr Sangma in a procession to his residence at Aurangzeb road.
