Gradatim announces 50:50 JV with DM Corporation
Chennai, Mar 31 (UNI) Gradatim IT Ventures, a pioneer in micro-transactions and e-discovery services in India, has announced a 50:50 JV partnership with Singapore-based DM Corporation (DMC), a leading data gathering services company, to form Gradatim-DMC in Singapore.
Gradatim founder-CEO C V Prakash, in a release here, said the JV finalised with the DMC would enable the company to move forward firmly for an aggressive and profitable growth.
''We can now offer complete e-discovery services, both hard copy and electronic, to global clients across Asia, including support for local Asian languages,'' he said.
