Jaipur, Mar 30 (UNI) Spectacular light and sound show, display of spectrum of Rajasthan's socio-cultural and religious life marked the grand finale of the weeklong Rajasthan Day celebrations.

The two-hour concluding ceremony which began with impressive fly march by three Indian Air Force Helicopters, presented well the different shades of art, culture, social and religious life in different districts through over two dozen tastefully prepared tableaux.

Spectators were impressed with the tableaux replica of Sonar Qila of Jaisalmer, Ramdevra Shrine(Jaisalmer), Goga Medi near Ganganagar, Jhalawar's Gangren Fort, Samod Palace, Chittorgarh's Kirti Sthambh and folk dancers from different parts of the state also participated.

Vice President Hamid Ansari, Rajasthan Governor Shailendra Kumar Singh and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje were present on the occasion.

The Vice President, who came from Delhi to grace the celebration, said that the show was wonderful.

Ms Raje also expressed satisfaction over the successful performance by participants.
