Haryana on top in per capita investment
Chandigarh, Mar 29 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that Haryana had leapt to the top position in the country with per capita investment of Rs 78,709 while it was holding a poor 14th position three years ago.
According to the recent survey of the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy, in the per capita income Haryana also stood first among the big states of the country and was second only to Goa.
He said that now Gujarat stands at number two position in per capita investment after Haryana. The state was also first in the production of wheat and milk in the country.
He assured the people that Haryana would soon achieve the status of being the frontrunner and number one in all spheres.
