RS poll result unmasked political parties of J'khand: Munda
Ranchi, Mar 27 (UNI) Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Arjun Munda today said RS poll results have unmasked the ''real face'' of ruling political parties of the state.
''All those political leaders who were talking about moral responsibilities were unmasked during yesterday's poll, '' Mr Munda told reporters here.
Coming down heavily on the UPA, Mr Munda said the act of its allies including Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM) and Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) was unfortunate.
Mr Munda said while the NDA remained united, the UPA MLAs went against the instruction of their central leadership and cast their votes to different candidates.
Criticising Chief Minister Madhu Koda for abstaining from voting Mr Munda said that it was ridiculous that a person who could not decide about using his franchise was leading the state.
Meanwile, attacking former state Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, CPI(ML) state secretary Shubhendu Sen said that the former had betrayed people of the state.
As a mark of protest the party would observe ''Dhikkar Diwas'' tomorrow, Mr Sen said.
