Puducherry, March 27 (UNI) The Opposition AIADMK and PMC members were evicted from the territorial Assembly today, for disrupting the proceedings in the House.

As soon as Chief Minister N Rangasamy began his Budget speech the AIADMK members were on their feet stating that the Chief Minister has no moral right to submit a fresh Budget, since the schemes announced in the last year the Budget were not implemented. They were joined by the PMC members and the House plunged into noisy scenes.

As Mr Rangasamy continued to read out his address, the AIADMK members marched towards the well of the House and staged a dharna in front of the Speakers's podium. The PMC members also went to the Speaker's podium and held a demonstration.

Speaker R Radhakrishnan urged them to resume their seats and since the session was for one month they could sort out their problems with the Ministers on later occasion.

As the members paid no heed to the Speaker's request and continued to shout, he ordered the martials to evict them.
