Bangalore, Mar 26 (UNI) A true to life wax model of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, crafted by a Kerala-based artist, would soon be installed either in Rajiv Gandhi Foundation or at the AICC office in New Delhi.

The wax model crafted by Sunil Kandallor of Aleppy in Kerala impressed AICC General Secretary Jitendra Singh, a close confidant of Rahul Gandhi, when he saw it at the KPCC Office here today.

The Rajasthan MLA was invited by Former MLA Ivan Nigli to see the model in the presence of Former Chief Minister Dharam Singh.

Mr Ivan said he wanted to install the model at the KPCC office.

However, Mr Singh was so impressed with it that he said it deserved to be installed at Delhi to where it would be shipped in a week.

Sunil has so far made 32 such wax models and now wanted to set up a museum either in Mysore or in Mumbai.

''I have crafted models of slain Pakistani Leader Benazir Bhutto, Mother Teresa, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Saddam Hussain.

My next work will be of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad,'' he said.

He has already set up the first wax museum in Kanniyakumari where 28 wax figures have been exhibited. They include those of Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda.
