London, Mar 26 : Shortly after the divorce settlement, Heather Mills glared Sir Paul McCartney's lawyer Fiona Shackleton and reportedly made a throat-slashing gesture at her.
The gesture came soon after the divorce ruling exposed Heather Mills as a scheming fantasist and left her with a 24 million pounds settlement - just a fifth of what she desired.
The 40-year-old had read Justice Bennett's decision and realised that Shackleton's courtroom victory had left her image ruined.
Macca told his pals that he was amazed by Mills' gesture towards his 500-an-hour attorney.
"Paul thought Heather had gone completely off her rocker. He was shocked because it was so completely out of order and just not the way to conduct yourself in court," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
Mills famously poured a jug of water over Shackleton's head following the throat-cut gesture.
"Heather obviously blames Fiona for the payout and the way her image has been ruined," the source added.
