Gradatim Announces 50:50 Joint-Ventures with DM Corp. of Singapore
Bangalore, Mar 25 (UNI) Gradatim IT ventures, a Bangalore based pioneer in Micro-transactions and e-discovery services in India has announced a 50:50 JV partnership with Singapore based DM Corporation (DMC), a leading data gathering services company, to form Gradatim-DMC in Singapore.
Commenting on the development, Mr C V Prakash, Founder-Chief Executive Officer of Gradatim, said, "Our buy-out and investment plans are part of our aggressive expansion plans. The JV finalized with DMC will enable us move forward firmly for an aggressive and profitable growth. We can now offer complete e-discovery services, both hard copy and electronic, to global clients across Asia, including support for local Asia languages, he added in a press release issued said here today.
Speaking about the joint venture Kay Gee Ong, Managing director of DM Corp, Singapore, "he was pleased to establish this with Gradatim as it would complement hardcopy discovery services with Gradatim's electronic data gathering skills and together expand globally, DMC would continue to service the legal community in APAC under Gradatim-DMC business", he added.
