New Delhi, Mar 25 (UNI) In a heartwarming gesture, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today announced that wrestlers Yogeshwar Dutt, Sushil Kumar and paddler Neha Aggarwal, who have qualified for the Beijing Olympics, will be given all facilities including free coaching by the state government.
''The three sportspersons are set to bring laurels to the city and the nation. Our government will support them by providing special coaching and diet to them,'' Dikshit said.
Assuring all help to the players, Dikshit expressed confidence that they would make the nation proud and would return with medals.
The trio called on CM at the Old Secretariat here and discussed issues confronting upcoming sportspersons in the city, a government official said.
Dutt and Kumar won gold and bronze medals respectively in the recently held senior Asian wrestling championship, while Neha won gold in a badminton championship at Hong Kong.
