Mumbai, Mar 21 (UNI) The top Indian Test cricketers and Ranji players will be seen in action in the 28th Petroleum Sports Promotion Board's (PSPB) inter unit cricket tournament, commencing from tomorrow at Bharat Petroluem Refinery Sports Club and Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizer ground at Chembur in eastern suburb here.
The players who are the employees in the petroluem sector will play in this tournament. The Test players including Wasim Jaffer, Rohit Sharma (both IOC), Virendra Sehwag, Ishant Sharma, Ajay Ratra, Sharandeep Singh, Rahul Sanghvi and Gagan Khoda (all ONGC), Sreesanth, Sairaj Bahutule, Aavishkar Salvi (BPCL) and other first class tournament players will also participate, sources said.
The tournamnet is jointly organised by Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum invovling around 170 players taking part in the tournament.
The tournament comprises a ''Mini League,'' which will be played from tomorrow till March 26 and a 'Super League,''which will be played from March 27.
Top two teams out of five mini league will be qualified for the super league, which consists of six teams including four other teams that have qualified for the semi-finals of this year's tournament, sources said.
