Tibetan issue is 'internal affair of China': CPI

Hyderabad, Mar 21: CPI General Secretary A B Bardhan today asked US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi not to put India in an embarrassing situation through her meeting at Dharamashala with Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama.

Talking to reporters here ahead of the Party's 20th Congress from March 23 to 27, he maintained Tibet issue was an ''internal affair of China.''
