I feel lonely without Vajpayee: Advani
New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition and BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate L K Advani has said he was feeling lonely without his party colleague and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee after he took ''political sanyas''.
''I did feel that strongly and emotionally last evening and when I met him this morning again and presented the book to him,'' Mr Advani said in an interview to a TV news channel.
He said his relationship with the former Prime Minister has always been one of mutual trust and respect.
''I have always respected Vajpayeeji as my leader ever since I came in contact with him and he also trusted me as his colleague,'' Mr Advani said.
The former Deputy Prime Minister spoke to CNN-IBN a day after the release of his long-awaited autobiography 'My Country, My Life' last evening.
