Ajmer UIT chairman resigns amid allegations of corruption
Jaipur, Mar 19 (UNI) Ajmer Urban Improvement Trust Chairman Dharmesh Jain today put in his papers in wake of the recent CD controversy.
Mr Jain sent his resignation to Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje who accepted the same, Minister of State for Urban Development Surendra Goyal said.
Mr Jain was facing trouble following reports of a CD prepared by an Ajmer UIT official allegedly showing his involvement in corruption in securing the post of the Chairman.
He was holding the post for last two years.
