RIL ready to cooperate with SEBI on insider trading charge in RPL
New Delhi, Mar 18 (UNI) The Mukesh Ambani-promoted Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) today said they and their group companies are ready to provide all the necessary information to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding Reliance Petroleum Ltd, one of their group's company.
Reacting to a question and answer in the Rajya Sabha, India's largest private sector company said they and their group companies have complied with all rules and regulations ( in respect of Reliance Petroleum) and will cooperate and provide all the necessary information to the concerned authorities.
Earlier, the government said the SEBI has launched an inquiry against promoters/affiliates of Reliance Industries on the charge of indulging in insider trading in the stock of Reliance Petroleum.
