London, March 17 : Terri Irwin is reportedly contemplating selling her late "Crocodile Hunter" husband Steve Irwin's famed Australia Zoo, and relocate to her native US with the couple's two children.

More so, the decision of Irwin's father Bob to leave the zoo is also being linked to Terry's decision.

Insiders say that it was due to the rumoured sale to Animal Planet for making a Disney-style wildlife theme park worth 100-million dollars that Bob severed ties with the zoo, which was started by him 32 years ago.

An Australia Zoo spokesperson denied that Terry was planning to sell the zoo to relocate to the US with her two children Bindi and Robert, reports the Daily Telegraph.

The spokesperson, however, refused to comment on future plans that might involve Animal Planet, after the zoo announced it was expanding from 28ha to 400ha.

The newspaper report suggests that Irwin, who died in 2006 after a sting ray barb pierced through his heart, was believed to have been planning to build a Crocodile Hunter Park with rides and interactive exhibits.
