Miley Cyrus surfing the net for an eligible boyfriend

Washington, Mar 16 : American actress Miley Cyrus has turned to the Internet in a bid to find an eligible boyfriend.

The Hannah Montana star is searching the star directory of the Internet Movie Data Base (IMDB.COM) in the hopes of finding a teen suitor worthy of the world's most famous 15-year-old.

"I need to cast one (a new boyfriend). I check imdb.com and go through the new actors," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

Cyrus had recently denied claims that she is secretly dating Jonas Brother Nick Jonas, who is also 15-years-old.

Meanwhile, Cyrus' parents have barred her from hanging out with Lindsay Lohan, because they fear that the latter will be a bad influence on her. The 'Hannah Montana' star and the 'Freaky Friday' actress had met one another at this year's Academy Awards held on Feb 24, where they both exchanged phone numbers.
