Pune, Mar 15 (UNI) Rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir.

Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Rayalseema, north interior Karnataka, isolated places in West Bengal, Sikkim, coastal Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, west Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, south Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Mainly dry weather will prevail in interior Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, east Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, north Konkan and Marathwada.

Heavy to very heavy rains have occured at many places in Tamil Nadu. Rain or snow have occured at many places in south interior Karnatak, few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Rayalseema, Kerala, Lakshadweep, isolated places in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, north interior Karnataka and coastal Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Mainly dry weather prevailed in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Day temperatures were appreciably to markedly above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan, Saurashtra, Kutch and in some parts of Madhya Maharashtra. They were above normal in Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim, south coastal Orissa, Himachal Pradesh, northeast Rajasthan, some parts of Haryana, Punjab and southwest Madhya Pradesh. They were appreciably to markedly below normal in Telanagana, Rayalseema and were below normal in north Orissa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, south Tamil Nadu and coastal Karnataka. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Night temperatures were appreciably above normal in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, west Rajasthan, east Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana and in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya and west Madhya Pradesh. They were above normal in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Saurashtra, Kutch, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and in remaining parts of west Madhya Pradesh. They were normal over the rest of the country.
