New Delhi, Mar 14, 2008 : Indian airport workers have called off their two day non-cooperation movement following talks with Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel on March 13.

About 14,000 union members have been on strike at 127 airports across India since March 11 midnight in protest against moves to close two airports in Hyderabad and Bangalore, to make way for greenfield airports. Patel has assured that no employees would lose his or her jobs as they would be employed at other airports.
